This is your key to creating a lasting, attainable life plan. Invest time to consider everything that you believe in and what you would like your life to be about. Consider what influence you would like your life to have on your family, your friends, and people you come in contact with.
Jot down your ideas in a journal or use your computer. List whatever has significance to you. Now write it out or type it in one or more paragraphs. Take your time and define this clearly.
Your Strengths
Make a list of Your Strengths. Then, list any weak areas.
Now this is important - throw away the list of weaknesses and focus totally on Your Strengths.

Define Your Goals And Desired Outcomes
Reread Personal Vision and Your Strengths a couple times and then dare to dream a little. Focus on what you want your life to be like if you have an unlimited supply of money, resources, and time.
Write down anything you would like to have, do, and achieve. List the places want to visit, people you desire to meet, everything you would like to know, and experiences you would like to have.
Next, select one goal that you believe you can accomplish swiftly and easily. Write it out in detail. This will help you realize the power of this simple approach.
Your Why
Once you know what you would like to accomplish, define Your Why. Think about what it would mean to you when you achieve this certain goal. See yourself having accomplished it. Now, right below your goal, make a list of all that accomplishing this would mean to you. This is your driving force for taking action.
Your Massive Plan Of Action
Okay, you have what you want defined clearly and you know why you desire it. Now ask yourself, "What are the actions that I must take in order to achieve my outcome?" Write them down.
Goal setting and planning helps you see clearly what you have to do. The key to attaining results is taking action. Review what you have written down and choose what you can do right now. Taking consistent action is the key ingredient that makes things happen. Once you get going momentum takes over. You will reach your desired goal and have the benefit of Your Why.
Put this uncomplicated goal setting and planning system into action for every goal you have written down. Plan a time every week to use this system and take action daily.
