Imagi-Nation: Good Afternoon Mr. President

Congratulations!  You are the president of your own nation, and it is called "Imagination".  This particular nation is the driving force behind your life and is the underlying factor for your future. You need to realize that you have an enormous responsibility as the President of this Nation because you need to always focus on the future and strive to have the ultimate nation. You need to internalize the power you have as the President of your own nation.  Among many things that you have is the power to choose and/or consider.  You are the one who holds the votes on who is allowed to live in your nation!

As I have written about in the past, you must create and begin to maximize your mastermind team.  This team will empower you to build an unreal imagination and make others wonder why you are achieving such an awesome level of success.  As the President, you will inspire others to create other phenomenal imaginations of their own.  The world needs many people who are proud of their own "Imagination".

Each of us has the ability to imagine such powerful dreams for our future, which can change the destiny of millions of people.  Let's think about a few people who had unreal imaginations -- Henry Ford imagined an 8-cylinder car and then achieved it.  The Wright Brothers imagined men could fly and then discovered a way to make that possible.  John F. Kennedy said that we would have a man on the moon and then achieved it.  Ask yourself right now, "Where did they all dream of those achievements first?"  The answer to that question is...They did their dreaming in their own nation called Imagination!

You need to take some personal time and evaluate how you are handling your nation.  Are you proud of what you are imagining you can be or what you can do?  If you answer that question truthfully, you will either be enthused or disillusioned.  You truly need to re-examine your nation. I suggest that you brainstorm, which means to take some time for yourself and just write down all the dreams that you have but never even wrote down. I also recommend that you write down 100 of them and then put them away for 2 days so that they can sink in a little.  When you go back and read them, your inner spirit will direct you to the one that you need to focus on and begin to design with your own "Imagination".  Each of us is empowered to create wealth for ourselves in every aspect of life -- spiritually, physically, and financially!

I challenge you right now to utilize your God-given imagination and imagine whatever you want to be then you will be empowered to run your nation in the most productive methods possible.  This alone will entirely change your life for the better because now you have a responsibility as a President of a nation - your "Imagination".

Find Your WHY and FLY!

Mastering Your Mind Power: You Are Responsible!

Here are three factors for you to consider. First, everyone is being moved to some goal by his or her subconscious mind. That is not to say that everyone is CONSCIOUSLY directing her or his subconscious mind toward a goal. In fact, in most cases, your subconscious mind is directing the person to goals that were placed in his or her mind by someone else. Your subconscious mind does not care. Its function is to bring into your physical experience whatever thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and mental images you consistently hold in your mind.

Second, once your subconscious mind accepts your goals, it will find ways and means to achieve them, period. Third, it is imperative that you consciously guide your subconscious mind toward the proper goals through programming or reprogramming it.

You are responsible for your life. Whether it is your health, your wealth, your happiness, and subsequently the kind of life you live, you are responsible. All too often, the road most of us take is to pass our responsibility on to others.

Look not to paternalistic Corporate and Public Sector America to provide you with a job that will take care of you financially, including retirement; and to make it possible for you to live the American Dream. Stop making doctors, pills, and potions responsible for your health. No longer make your significant other responsible for making you happy. Quit making preachers, rabbis, priests, and other persons responsible for the care of your soul.

Do not allow others to convince you to believe that your financial life is either in ruins or is heading toward disaster. Sure, the newspapers, news magazines, radio and television news shows, and perhaps your own financial statements may all seem to present evidence that this is so, but that kind of thinking does not HAVE to be reality for you...unless you choose to accept it.

Remember, Napoleon Hill (Think And Grow Rich) taught that EVERY ADVERSITY CARRIES WITHIN IT THE SEED OF AN EQUIVALENT OR GREATER BENEFIT! If you have not already done so, why not hold that quote consistently in your conscious mind until it sinks into the depths of your subconscious mind. Include with the quote an affirmation that your subconscious mind is even now bringing a revelation of that equal or greater benefit to you.

From the day you were born to the day you die, your subconscious mind is constantly being programmed or reprogrammed. Sometimes it is being programmed correctly, but most of the time it is being programmed incorrectly. I do not intend to imply that the techniques used for the programming are incorrect, but that the programming is implanting goals that are attracting more of what you do not wish to experience into your life instead of what you do wish to experience.

It is your responsibility to take control by mastering your mind power and programming your subconscious with goals that bring your desires into your life rather than their counterparts. No one else can or will do it for you.

It is vitally important that you take that responsibility seriously...if you desire a better life. The alternative is to do nothing; and of course, there are plenty of people in and around your life who will happily continue to do the (incorrect) programming for you.

This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Mastering Your Mind Power: Kick Stress Or Stress Will Continue To Kick You

What was the past six months like for you, or the past year? Was that period filled with enthusiastic exhilaration based on a positive outlook or was it filled with worry, frustration, and misery? Did your present philosophy guide you to stay focused on the things and circumstances you desire or was your mind brimming with apprehension, fear, and stress?

Far too many people spend most of their lives under the seemingly omnipresent umbrella of stress, never fully realizing the damage that is done to both their physical and mental health. Perhaps you are one of them. Stress is also a huge block to their having more of the lives they desire Apprehension, fear, pessimism, nervous tension, stress, and other negative emotions are like death knells to attempts to improve life outcomes.

It is my deep belief that no one wants to carry around those feelings and states of mind. No one likes to feel stressed out all of the time. Unfortunately, most people have been conditioned to believe that they are supposed to have those negative feelings. For them, that is just the way life is. Most of them simply have not been presented with tools or processes that they feel they can use to extricate themselves from such conditioning.

Now I am not an expert in telling you (or anyone else) what you need to do to better your life conditions. I am not inside your body. I do not know the myriad of thoughts that cross your screen of consciousness each day. I have not walked in your shoes. I can only share with you some of my experiences, what tools I have used successfully, the process for using them, and to state emphatically that my life outcomes have remarkably improved.

What any of this may or may not mean to you is entirely up to you. You must live for you. I have barely begun to overcome some of this stuff in my own life. One thing is clear, however. Stress and other negative emotions must be subdued and held at bay if life outcomes are going to improve.

One of the things I feel you should learn to do is relax your body-mind unit. Stress thrives on tension, especially nervous tension. Without the ability to relax, attempts at mastering your mind power and bringing it under your conscious control will almost certainly, allegorically, be bounced right back to you by your self-image. It will be like attempting to plant a vegetable garden without preparing the soil. The antidote for stress is the ability to consciously relax at will.

There are a number of books, audio CDs, and DVDs available at your local library to aid and instruct you in learning the enormously beneficial skill of relaxation. I strongly suggest you make a trip to your library, pick one and begin immediately practicing an exercise or exercises to find one that suits you.

When you find the one with which you wish to work, practice it, work with it until you can relax your body-mind and remain relaxed for extended periods of time. In truth your mind never relaxes because it never tires, is never nervous, and is never tense, but I think you get my point.

You will soon notice that when your body is relaxed, your mind activity will also slow down a bit. It is during periods of physical and mental relaxation that your self-image is best prepared to allow positive thoughts, images and affirmations to be accepted.

This I know for sure. You can claim or reclaim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Creating Your Imagery Again

Having a love-hate relationship with your TV? Tell me about it. Can't live with it--can't live without it, right? When my son was about age nine, he shared an experience he had while reading. He told me about reading something and, "... it was almost like being there". He's since become an avid reader which has helped him in all areas of study. A real parent's dream.

So what does this have to do with TV? I know, I know, this topic has been beaten to death; we watch too much television, it rules our lives and it's overloaded with sex, violence and materialism. Everyone's heard this all before; how the television replaced the family hearth, etc., etc.

But my son's reading experience continues to stick with me and make me look at what has happened to my own imagination... and why. You know, words like imagination and imagery come from the basic word "image". I know that's obvious, but I haven't always perceived those words as being related.

Ever wonder about what life was like before TV? Do you think that people were bored out of their skulls, sitting in their living rooms staring at the wall waiting for a solution to be invented? It couldn't have been like that... people whittled and played checkers a lot, right? And since they didn't have microwave ovens yet either, they spent lots of time cooking, right?

It's also a common cliché that people never like the movie as much as they liked the book they happened to read first. Why is that? And how can children spend hours playing "pretend"?

The point I'm getting at here, is that our power of imagination is an enormous under-tapped potential. And to the degree that we don't use it, we lose it. The difference between zoning out in front of the TV and reading is that when reading, the mind is actively engaged in a game of interpreting the author, by generating its own imagery. So it could actually be said, that reading is the ultimate video game. Betcha never heard that before! On the other hand, the television does the work for you, and if you settle for "whatever is on", you also settle for second-hand imagery. What you see is what you get.

Many great engineers, scientists and inventors were inspired by science fiction authors. That meeting of the minds created imagery, resulting in further problem solving which resulted in innovations and progress. Again, what you see is what you get. But, seeing what's possible is different than seeing "whatever's on", wouldn't you say?

The self-help and new age fields today talk a lot about creative visualization, positive affirmation, mindset, manifesting, goal setting, quantum physics, meditation, etc. Some of these subjects and terms seem strange and weird to many people. Like a lot of mumbo-jumbo. Religion and faith also enter into the mix--and people have so many religion-related issues, that it's difficult to approach spirituality without stirring those things up. This applies of course to both the religious and non-religious. People have moved away from religion, largely because of the control it attempted to place upon them. Consider however that if you have issues about being controlled, how easy is it to ignore that box in the living room?

See, I just wanted to discuss ways to recover our power of imagination and creativity--and look where it leads. So listen, without getting into all that STUFF, why not try a little experiment. Start reading and getting outdoors a bit more. Instead of turning on the television, turn on some music instead. The cable and satellite TV providers are also including some great music channel packages these days. I realized that when the music is on, I can do other things and still enjoy the music, whereas, with TV, I have to watch it and therefore cannot engage in an alternative activity as easily. Think about it.

The thing that finally pushed me beyond, was watching people on HGTV and DIY creating and upgrading the quality of their lives. My wife and I were watching these programs, vicariously experiencing the activities we ourselves should be involved in. That's when I decided to take CONTROL, instead of the REMOTE CONTROL of my life. But it really began from my child's realization about reading.

My personal opinion is that we'd have far less depression and anxiety if we returned to our own imagination and depended less upon the imagery of the news media and social drama on the screen. Perhaps with a stronger more facile imagination, one can more likely reach goals, realize dreams and snatch back time for their own creative endeavors. Even if your goal & dream is to own the biggest flat screen in your neighborhood, you must create the wherewithal to obtain it. Start somewhere and imagine it being done, then do it.
