Motivational Speaker - Changing From The Inside Out

The outward is simply an expression of what's going on within your brain. People who are always looking for negative things in others will always have negative things coming their way. They may utterly hate negative things... but laws are laws: your brain only let's you see what it is programmed to look for.

The conscious mind is only responsible for 2-4 percent of our actions and perceptions. The rest of it is subconscious. Try to understand that our actions are simply a result of what we believe. Our beliefs are neural networks on our subconscious mind. They form our perceptions. They are responsible for how we see things. Did you ever notice how after you bought a certain car you are suddenly noticing other cars like yours? Were they not there before? No, your brain just spit that info out before it was able to come to your conscious recognition. It does this by something called a Reticular Activating System(RAS) which is a search engine based on your beliefs.

Life will bring you what you expect. What you expect, not necessarily what you desire. It will bring you what you desire only after you train you mind to expect it. This brings us to another phrase: "I'll believe it when I see it." The phrase in actuality, is completely backwards. It should say, "I'll see it when I believe it."

All of the upcoming info applies to all and any part of life, but because I typically speak motivationally on success, I'll speak in that language. Success is not money. It's achievement. Our brain allows us to recognize music or cars or smells or whatever is part of it's belief or habits system. This system is our conditioning. It is 50 percent genetic and 50 percent environment. So if our conditioning is that of lack, our brain takes that as instruction and makes it easy for us by filtering out whatever is not part of our conditioning. So we only see the articles, the tv shows, the statistics that support our conditioning. Everything else is equally present, but it is spit out as irrelevant data. Articles about success are not registered...and if they get considered, the brain will send a chemical in the body that causes doubt, fear, and anxiety. It does this because it feels you are stepping out of your "comfort zone".

No one with a conditioning of lack can maintain wealth for longer than a short period of time unless they change from the inside. This is why 85 percent of people who win the lottery are in the same or worse condition within 3 years of winning. The conditioning must be changed. This is a difficult process, and it takes time and discipline. But life will give you what you demand of it...what you're conditioned to find. It's the way we were created. It's a divine design.

Hard-wired Failure - Motivational Speaker

Why is it that 85 percent of lottery winners are in the same or worse position that they were in, within 3 years of their winning? Why is it that soon after you get a raise, you are back in the same spot you were in before the raise? Coincidence? Never. Destiny.

There is a mechanism in the brain responsible for keeping us at our current level of success. It will consistantly return us to its setting, whether we go below or above that point. It is called the PSYCHO-CYBERNETIC MECHANISM(PCM). It job is to maintain the set of instructions that it is receiving, that our beliefs recognize as "safe". Not safe like, "it's safer to have a million bucks than to not have money" but like, "we've been traveling this path so often and for so long, that it's obviously safe." The body likes comfort zones and the PCM will try to keep us there.

How? Chemicals. As soon as we leave our programmed comfort zones, the PCM kicks in, and chemicals are released into the body that cause doubt, fear, and anxiety. Think of this: when you're getting ready to cross the road and you suddenly see a car flying over the hill, fear of getting hit draws you back to the side. The PCM kicked in by reflecting on the embedded belief that if you get hit, it's...well, it's not a good thing, so it shot this chemical into your body that successfully kept you from crossing.

Now think of this: you have an embedded belief that you will never have a lot of money, or that money comes very hard. After all, you're only making $30,000 per year. The moment you are presented with literature that is contrary to that, such as advice or strategies to build wealth, your super faithful PCM goes off, sending you the juice, and keeping you from going into foreign territory. "That's just a scam. There's no way I could ever do that. It's too big of a risk." And yet again, the outer noise drowns out the inner song.

That's the first dose. If you somehow step beyond that, you'll get more much stronger doses. Like knock-out editions. The only way you can ever win, is by resetting what the PCM recognizes as safe. Your conditioning - your beliefs and habits. This is changed by changing your immediate environment. It takes long. A few months of consistant focus. Oh, and you can't fail. If you do you have to start again. The "don't give up" part comes in from the beginning until the time you have successfully changed the setting.
It is summed up like this: if you don't commit yourself to getting your goal at all costs, you won't win. Being somewhat interested will only waste your time. Your neurology won't change from just interest.

To create the new belief, determine what you want it to be. Is it that you have a monthly income of a million dollars? Then focus on that with all your feeling and emotion. Take time to do it every morning as soon as you get up. Do it several times throughout the day, and again at night before falling asleep. Do this for many weeks without failing. You must find a way to outdo your own negative influence on yourself. If you can do this, you have mastered success.
